Diesel Cafe always has some of the best brews all around. You can't go wrong with any of their brewing methods. They're breakfast. Sandwiches are also Top notch. Though you can't really screw up delicious ingredients

I went back to Diesel Cafe after it re-opened after the COVID shutdown, to see what had changed. The place is still very much as it was, but I found the staff to be rude. I will not be back, since there is a comfortable Starbucks across the street which is open for longer hours.
