I would just go there. If you do a virtual visit your still going to have to go to the clinic anyway to have the swab taken.
Judy, you do not need an appt. You can walk-in. Due to the up tick in COVID testings sometimes we temporarily stop walk-in to keep up with patient load. So I would call before you come, to make sure we are not temporarily stopping walk-in's. However being a walk-in patient, keep in mind wait times may vary too. The easiest way to get seen, is to be one of the first patients of the day. Otherwise, we would be happy to see you!
No, you don't need an appointment, there will just be a wait time. It might be better to schedule a virtual visit, see a physician in the comfort of your own home, let them order the covid test for you, then show up to the clinic, that way there is no wait
