I'm looking to buy a park model, is the process difficult and what is their availability? What will I need and if going through private owner is the process much different than buying from park owners?

Depends on who you purchase from. Not sure how many units are available. Some are sold through the campground and others are sold through the owner.

Buying from a park owners is always the best

I know if you are here long term you have to pass the Park's background check. Also if you have pets they can't be aggressive. Best to check with the office and the owner, if the owner is private.
