The staff are rude, unprofessional, uncaring and clearly uneducated. Two and a half hours for a routine check. The staff even had my mother's date of birth wrong, had her 10 years younger for some reason and didn't address the issue. They say they're thorough, but that's their terminology for being slow and lazy. Overpaid hacks

Gloria Stuart where do you live at. Do you live in lake county Florida If you live in lake county. Go to 2300 Kirt Street in eustis. And get an application to fill out. you do have to be approved. This clinic is part of the Advent health hospital. They are pretty good there. They are generally on time whatever it comes to your appointments. They are very helpful in giving you information and where to get your medication at a cheaper cost. Some medications they will give you right there if they have it available or is on the list of medications they are able to get. I do have some medications that I take that I cannot get there but I am very thankful for all of those that I can. I would definitely recommend this health clinic to anyone needing services.
You can go there and get an application. If they approve it you can receive health care.
The health department on I believe it is East Collins Street umatilla they do take pregnant women as well as children
