Paid close to $400 for new spark plugs and coils. Not even 2 months later engine starts misfiring. Code reads. Bad plugs and coils. Not only was I charged for 6 coils and only given one new one and the other five were the ones I already had. Two of the spark plugs were installed already broken. That white part on the plug (porcelain?) completely cracked and broken. So the parts were dropped, damaged and STILL put into my engine.

Not sure, I pay less then 30. For oil change and tire rotation for a Kia forte. Call them, it's best to make an appointment. Great friendly people. Don't take make car any have else.
