I am looking for a home and saw this community and loved it until I saw no pets . I have an indoor cat and never goes outside, having to choose between the community or my fur baby, my buddy hands down. I have a medical background and have seen the therapeutic benefits from these little creatures. Many retirees never had children so they have a pet who gets treated like royalty, it’s actually very cute to see the interaction between man and pets. I feel like that there are people in the community who really have a dislike for pets which deprives those who do have pets the opportunity to meet some really nice people. I just can’t imagine anyone denying a lonely retiree the benefits of having a small dog or a cat. I hope that eventually those who made that restriction might realize the joy and happiness a pet can bring to a home, especially a home where a couple loses a spouse or even a best friend, it’s amazing to see the transformation. You have a really charming community with the exception of that one restriction- I hope maybe I misread or that the rule has changed, I do like this community.
