Are Particular times that this office takes breaks, lunch, etc.? Respectfully inquiring Because the last several times I contacted ( at different times of days) I didn't receive any answer. I have had to contact ANOTHER State Farm for assistance.

Hello, there is not a set time for lunch. Depending upon call volume we may not be able to answer the call immediately, but we make every effort to return voicemails as soon as possible, and always before the end of the day.

I have been with this office for 10 years and haven't had an issue. If I have ever had to leave a voicemail, they have returned my call by end of business day. I know you can also send the agent a message on his website. Hope that helps!
