2 Stars just because Lucy was nice, but wow the Front desk definitely has Zero for customer service, 1st time I called more than 3 times X 3 days because I had some questions regarding the packages, she never answered the phone so I just scheduled it online and waited until the appt. day to "ask"... when we finally went there (very excited as any family expecting to see the baby) she did not say anything at all just made some signals with her hands to scan the QR code from her desk into my phone to make the check in...we was like ok? We just ignored that part and enjoyed the ultrasound of our baby...so we left with the same questions regarding the 2nd appt. Last week I spent again 3 days calling to schedule the "Just because Ultrasound" (The website specify that for that one YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE THE APPT BY PHONE)... so for my surprise this time she answered the 3rd day!! and as soon as I said "I need to schedule an appt" in a rude way she said " can you call 10 mins later?" I just said "ok" and of course I just scheduled in another place. Ohh also, for the 1st appt, never received my photos by email.
