As shared in other reviews, recently this pharmacy has completely dropped the ball on my family's prescriptions. I have used this pharmacy for years and as of late they just can't get it right. Never have the prescriptions ready on time, always say they didn't get it when the doc says yes they did, and now they have millennial staff working there who are pretentious and self-righteous and down right lazy. I have actually had to make multiple trips in a day to get meds and even after the whole day has gone by they STILL were not ready. All I hear is excuses from staff and the pharmacist. When people are sick its important they get their meds. This pharmacy and its staff need to get it together.

Yesterday I went to check for a prescription, was treated nasty by Nancy in the pharmacy drive-thru. I received a call by the automated system on today that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick up the prescription was treated very nasty by Nancy, I stated to her she had a very nasty attitude, she walked off from the window. NASTY NANCY

We are so angry. Context, I just had surgery and was very nauseated from the pain medication. We called the surgeon's office. The PA, said she would call something in. That was Friday. We didn't hear anything over the weekend or Monday. Went to the surgeon's office today and mentioned that no medication had been received. The PA showed us documentation on her phone of a 20 min conversation plus texts with the pharmacist. So when hubby went to Publix after my appointment he asked about the prescription. The pharmacist stood there and lied. Said there was no record of any such conversation. Hubby, being very laid back, dropped it and asked about a prescription I had ordered on Tuesday via their auto refill reminder. Low and behold, they had no record of any such request. Of course, I checked my insurance claims tonight and drug was charged against my account on Wednesday. Now, according the insurance company I have the meds so I can't get more. This is the third mix up since the young new pharmacist took over. We loved the old pharmacists. They knew us. I will say the the help there is always new which causes problems. We will be changing pharmacys tomorrow.
