This man isn't professional, and won't stop blaming us for HIS mistakes. HE EVEN CONTINUES RESPONDING TO THIS REVIEW. We were with this agent for 5 years. The old staffing he had was polite and reasonable but lately this office has not been forward facing to its customers. Its frequently closed. This office recently messed our policy up, had us paying for a car we NEVER owned for practically a month because THEY did a policy change incorrectly to avoid extra paperwork. One of representatives in this office actually became very unprofessional with me when I called to ask why this was done the way was and what they would do to resolve it. Multiple calls to State Farm later and even switching agents upon my request, and I was advised by many insurance agents in customer care this matter was wrongly handled, which this office takes zero responsibility for. We finally changed agents and the agent that worked to resolve the matter, discovered a "block" that was in place which did require a little more work because it just kept cycling the underwriting for a vehicle we were stuck with that we never owned. Chi Nguyen NEVER once was involved in correcting his office errors or conduct by the agents at his office. We weren't even contacted when we changed agents. After weeks of being with a new agent, and satisfied with the new agent, our policy somehow was taken over again by this office, an action NOT approved by us. Formal complaint on file with State Farm over this. His response: "It's unfortunate you feel that way and wrote this review. There is always two sides to everything but in this case I will keep it professional as a courtesy. I do recall an old saying too many hands in the pot does ruin it don't you agree? I was not aware your policy was reassigned to my office but I will send it back to the other office as my position has always been please do not abuse or use vulgar language to any member of my team or me." (He keeps adding to his response, in attempt to blame us) TOO BAD HE COULDN'T HAVE SUCH RESPONSIVE WORK ETHIC. Mr Nguyen, you keep blaming us, but the only change made online was to change agents after we were insulted by your team, at the advice of state farm. For 6 years I think we talked to you directly only 1 times, and zero involving this incident. You never made yourself available. You had a fiduciary responsibility to us per your license. Your office botched an insurance policy change. State Farm told us the ongoing error was triggered by a negligence action to cut corners, and continue to cycle the error because the change wasn't followed up on properly. When your client tells you there's a problem, you should listen, it's actually your responsibility & licensed duty. State farm after many hours of calls and escalations, advised me of the mistake which was made, and that had I not actually followed up like I did- we would have continued to cycle with the "block" until someone else decided to look further. When I called to tell Wendy that something else is wrong, she raised her voice and advised I was calling too much to leave it alone. We left your office because of your attitude and hers. We left not just because of the mistake, mistakes happen. Though you responded to my review here nearly 2 months after your mistake, you never responded to my husband or I about it, and in nearly 6 years we rarely interacted with you. Never once spoke to us about this incident during or after. This was a problem that carried into weeks and though you had many opportunities to help, not once did you step in when you were our insurance agent. We left after your staff insulted us regarding the situation, which you conveniently project on us. Clearly you weren't in the office the last day we called unless abuse and faul language is allowed by your staff. Frankly, I told her I didn't appreciate her raising her voice at me, and being spoken to that way, she actually told us to get insurance elsewhere. So we immediately did. We LOVE our new State Farm office, and even are switching our homeowners policy to them.

I'm kinda upset that the place was closed the Friday of memorial weekend before 1,when it clearly states that they close at 5 depending on holidays, that Friday was not holiday and theres no excuse on to why they closed early that day when they were gonna have a 3 day weekend, this is poor management, not to mention trying to get ahold of someone at that office half the time is almost impossible

Coverage options, deductibles, and discounts may affect your policy cost, along with such things as your driving history, credit score (where permitted by law), and other third-party reports.
Market value is the amount a buyer would pay for the home and land in its current condition. It is influenced by factors such as proximity to good schools, local crime statistics, and the availability of similar homes. Replacement cost is the cost to rebuild the entire home.
As long as you have all required information and go through the application process, coverage can begin immediately. For the most accurate quote, you’ll need to know your car’s make, model, mileage, and year. We’ll also need to know a little about you and your driving history.

Yes. In addition to your dwelling, State Farm covers other detached structures located on your property that are separated by clear space from the dwelling. You can take care of insurance and banking accounts, get roadside assistance, file and check your claim status, and lots more.

The choice is yours, but State Farm recommends you choose a coverage limit at least equal to your home’s estimated replacement cost. (The estimated replacement cost isn’t the same as the market value, which is the price you can expect your home to yield on the market.) If you choose a coverage amount less than the estimated replacement cost, you may not be eligible for certain coverages. Since no one can say what the exact cost will be to replace your home in the future, you’ll need enough coverage to account for unforeseen circumstances.
