What are the HOA fees
All fences have to be approved by the HOA, they only review once a month; so if you get denied for sny reason has to wait until they meet again. Some phases you have to get the black wrought iron
Must be approved by HOA, they have all the information on what's allowed. Also shop your fence with multiple vendors and check references. We found a big variance in prices and installation times.
I dont think thats accurate...depends on phase and I was told on black wrought iron are allowed.
White pvc(plastic) and wood is fine also low steal fences are ok anything else outside of that must be approved by the HOA
