.As I read the reviews I realize I am not the only One. This has to be the worst “management” company I have ever dealt with. Our issue has been going on for months! People in our community park in the middle of the road, blocking the entrance and making it unsafe to drive. They also park on front yards and blocking other residents driveways. I have sent pictures and emails and your Kissimmee Management team does not even respond. Not to mention we were told our trees were being removed bc new ones were going to be brought in, that was 3 years ago. We were also told speed bumps would be installed so everyone would slow down, that two has not been done. I think it is time t find a new Management company.

I’ve been calling and calling for days. Nobody answers the phone. I called the other location and the same thing. Nobody answers the phone. I’ve spent HOURS waiting for somebody to answer. I’ve left voice mails. Nobody replies. Worst company ever. Very irresponsible

I'm still waiting for MICHELLE Figueroa to call me for 4 days now!!!!! regarding a matter of Bella point She does not respond LEFT 8 MESSAGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! Well,I finally got some results I was satisfied some what and know how they operate(depending on your issues) its not as bad as you think we just have to get to know how this company operates they might not call you back or understand your complaints but when you go there in person they will correct your needs thank you!

We were going to move to this community and was told by many that the HOA stinks!!!! The lady whom is Michelle Figaro's should be fired!!!!!!!she's terrible no one deserves to be ignored!! I'm glad to find this out before making this move. No thanks!! There's other reputable places to spend my money!!!!!

We know you have had a website with AtHomeNet for some time. Sentry Management has nothing to do with this site, although we do manage your association. Several board members did talk with us about a CommunityPro PUBLIC website from Sentry to replace the one you have. There was never a contract signed or a registration filled out, which triggers us to start working on the project. I suggest you contact one of your Board of Director members for additional information.
Evidently, I sent this request to the incorrect Community Manager. I just checked our administrative system and we do not have an homeowner named "Ovidio Fernandez" nor do we manage a community named "Lakeside Reserve".
