Staff is nice and professional. They maintain the equipment very well. They use the space the best they can. So far, I have loved the experience here!

Yes. You have to lift weight. However its independent platform. You lift what you want.

Initially, no. Any training outside of your normal activity will show SOME results. However, long-term results and really the fastest, healthiest progress would combine a sound food plan with your training regimen.
