They offer night feedings, but not sure how much actual interaction it is.. they are still wild animals that would have no qualms eating you given the chance
There is absolutely no contact between the public and resident animals. Even the staff and volunteers have no contact with the big cats, with the exception of a very small number of people designated as handlers. A primary goal is to keep both the resident animals and the visiting public safe.
No..are you crazy..lions and 🐅s..wild animals. They cats know the staff, but staff are smart enough to stay on the outside for the cats fences.
The animals are behind fences at all times. The staff get to the fence and pets them through the fence which gets them to purr and make tiger noises. They throw the chickens over the fences. It's quite the sight. We really enjoyed the whole experience
