Extremely upsetting day. We went today to view this location for our wedding. When we got there we were looking around and notice half of the things that are included in the freebie section are non existent. My mom was talking about moving 2 tables just 2 tables and he snapped at us and said “well that’s gonna cost you money That cost $250 to move my furniture and $500 to move it all around or remove it”. The amount of rudeness and disrespect when his said this shocked us. I walked away because I was so upset with the condition of everything and how disrespectful he was. I was ready to leave at this point and said thank you and walked to my car. He then pulled my fiancé a side and said he would give me my full deposit back because of how dirty and messed up this situation was. He then said my mom was to opinionated. He told my fiancé to text him out address and he would mail it out. So we did. Then told my fiancé once we left to come back and pick it up. We literally just drove home and then said to come back. I would be careful choosing this venue. Half of the items are dirty broken or he doesn’t have anymore. 2 thousand for a lot of nothing and a rude manager. Extremely disappointed. I’m glad he gave us a full refund he knew what he did was just wrong.
