Be careful. In order for a 13 to fire a 22 he has to take their hunter safety class. It's a pain of a weekend but it's free I think. Hard to get a seat in class though. Supposedly if your a military officer you can get that waived. I was but they wouldn't accept that unless I was a qualified range officer.

The rules of the range dictate that you cannot allow someone to shoot your handguns even if they have a handgun license, since they cannont posess a gun NOT on their license.
Yes on shotguns and rifles. Only slugs in shotgun. If you have a license you can shoot anyones gun. My wife does not own a gun. There was no problem they do not check who owns gun.
Rifle, yes. Handgun, no. They are pretty strict on handgun license thing. Once me and my wife went together (both with handgun license) and shot each other's gun. Even that was not allowed. Only the license holder can shoot the gun on his/her permit. Yeah.
