Harvey completed my simple but meaningful tattoo just as I wanted. Also this establishment is not interested in just making money but see the importance of keeping their great reputation. I witnessed the strick rules they follow per the government guidelines. They also will not tattoo a body part that will not sustain the tattoo...been here twice now and will come again, recommending friends n family ..thanks guys you're the best 👌
