The phone seems to be broke on the overnight shift as public safety nor I could get in touch. My dad rung the bell for help for over an hour. Very neglectful and wrong because if someone was dying nobody would know because they don’t check on the patients.

The place is clean with no odors. Care is basic but some of the employees are special and caring like Nicole D’Aleo , the RCA from visitation who really went out of her way to help a resident. Thank you Nicole for being so efficient and caring!
