My Dad has been here for a few months thing were ok until he was diagnosed with covid on 8/30/22 his room was changed and he was placed on covid protocol I was still allowed to visit and I did frequently however his care begin to decline his urine became much darker due to dehydration (not getting enough water) his lips became chapped he developed a bed sore he fell out of the bed he lost a significant amount of weight all in less than one month I have made several complaints I’ve left messages for every director I’ve spoken to nurses aides staff and social workers I’ve even contacted staff through social media but the care just hasn’t gone back to where it was I don’t want any special treatment I just want everyone to follow their job description My dad is currently in need of a catheter change and a wound specialist His dietary needs also need an evaluation

I agree! Why you can't? I am going to put in a complaint with Medicare, and with the State. This is ridiculous how they five this place a permit/license to be a rehab. On top of that certain aides there have the baddest attitudes.
