Hi Patricia - Sutton Landing is a community for those 55 and over. A child living with a parent must be 19 years of age or older.
They currently do not have 1 bedrooms available. A two bedroom starts at 2850 monthly.

Yes there is parking, I think we were told 1 slot per apartment. No extra fee. Right in front of spartment building
Depends on what is affordable for you, 2750/ for 2 bed 2bath and 2650 I believe for 1/1 I'm not 100% on 1 bed cost
