It's more of a restaurant with a bar and less of just a bar.
Its a place to go an enjoy your favorite bands, my answer to that is no!

It's not really a drinkers' bar. Great beer and good food. If you're looking to drink, head down toward the city dock. There are plenty of bars around there.
I mean with that level of determination any place is a place to be drunk with the intent for drunkenness. Just please don't drive anywhere afterwards. Consider Uber, Lyft, or a circulator.
