In the dining area, they should be able to accommodate. Seating can be packed in pretty tight.
Yes, absolutely. I don't know if you can get to the patio or basement, but I skateboard past daily and worked there 15 years ago. You can absolutely roll from the stage entrance to the main dining room and main stage areas.
