The Thin and Crispy pizza was seriously undercooked. It was thin but the crust was barely cooked (certainly not crispy). To be fair, though, the taste was good. And, the brownie was so undercooked it could not be cut with a knife. A spoon got the warm dough out (yes, my daughter loved that). To top things off, it was not delivered on time as they gave the order to Door Dash.

Unfortunately when it comes to ordering Pizza Hut for delivery, this is our only choice. We have never had a good experience with this place, if we actually get what we ordered, it's either burnt or lacking on toppings. Our latest attempt was all 3.. nit what we ordered, both pizzas were burnt, and both pizzas were seriously lacking on the toppings. What was extra this time was the fact that pizza was cut in weirdest way. We normally order pizza from a local place but like the old favorite from time to time, time to retire it I guess. This place clearly needs a management change.

Last order I was missing food a so I called and set on hold multiple times and multiple hangups then the guys says ok we’ll have some bring it to you. (No One came) then I called and the man goes it’s ok I’ll tell the manger and the next order give give it to you. I make a order and call the store the manager says she didn’t know anything about and there is a time frame that I had to order so there was nothing she could do. So I ordered from them for nothing because everyone wanted pizza Bolis 😒

Our dinner order last night was absolutely horrible. There was a disconnect between the mobile app and the actual time it took in order for the food to arrive. 40 minutes after the order was placed the app said it was out for delivery. At this point I called the store because it not arrived yet and they told me that they were waiting for the driver and the driver should be there in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I get a text that my food was prepared and being delivered by doordash. Entire order took 2 hours. This was extremely different from what the app stated, the text messages updated, and what the store conveyed. In the end the pizza was lukewarm when it arrived and the boneless tenders were lukewarm as well.
