I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to her what the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mall after a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort. I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again this individual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her manager who was making food. I will never eat here again.

Good burgers but the real advantage is the variety of toppings! Always great customer service and they are VERY generous with the amount of fries (don't order a "large" unless there are 3 of you to share). Sadly, the Annapolis Mall location doesn't have the peanuts (otherwise it would have been a 5).

The food is constantly well prepared and delicious, cashiers hands over great service. I love how clean it is and atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
