I like our room and the location. The only mystery is that my husband forgot his watch in the room but the cleaning crew say they did not see it , although the room hadn’t been clean yet. We left the hotel very disappointed. The receptionist also is not friendly they are cold. Supposed to be front desk must be friendly and accommodating.

Staff was really good. Don't order dinner in the hotel. Took too long and pizza was overcooked and dry. Rooms are great and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

This was a last minute booking for the holiday weekend but overall this is not a hotel I’d recommend in the area. Closer to 2 stars. They left a completely untrained person at the front desk ALONE for check-in during Memorial Day weekend. She wasn’t comfortable enough to get the rooms in. Line out the door. Certainly couldn’t figure out late check in. Room smelled like cigarettes and the toilet stopped worked several times. The next day we called several times to request late checkout and no one at hotel picked up. When I went and found the manager, Kristy, and asked for late checkout was told no. I Asked if we could pay an additional fee for the extra hour. Was told that she’d call the police and have us forcibly removed? What kind of reaction or customer service is this? Spend a little extra and stay at a different property

The check in process is very quick and efficient. Once I realized that I forgot to request wheelchair accessible room for my mother, they quickly change the room for us and meet us at the door to swap keys. The room is clean, the A/C is not too loud, and the water pressure is great. The only downside is that the TV is rather small compared to other Hilton hotels imo
