Why don't you call the store? No one from the store responds one Google. I recommend calling the store or just going in. I haves found the Broadway/Lincoln Center store to be very helpful but you need to go in person. (You aren't going to get attention from Google.)
Just go over to the customer service desk in any best buy location they will rectify your problem.
Last time I was there was a nightmare. Poor distribution of employees....leaving some sections with worker socializing playing with the inventory and other sections were like a ghost town with bare bones overworked help and people waiting. Spoke to management and they didn't care. Don't bother.
