Can I make appointment over the phone? Just wonder because lately have difficulties with walking which make it difficult even with my walker which is attach to my hip.

Yes you can. I did very recently. It is now called HRA. Call the number for BCO and a recorded message will give you the number for a 24 hr 7 day a week appt hotline. I called and had an appt in 2 min time
