I appreciate that assistance programs exist. I wish I wasn't disabled and didn't need them, but I am and I do. However, that doesn't mean I should be treated less than human. The workers here treated me like I was garbage, literally. So disrespectful, so rude, so belittling. They act as if the assistance is coming out of their own pockets instead of realizing that they work there as their job and the money is coming from the state or federal government.

Yes you can. I did very recently. It is now called HRA. Call the number for BCO and a recorded message will give you the number for a 24 hr 7 day a week appt hotline. I called and had an appt in 2 min time
