Unfortunately, I spent 7 minutes in line with only one other customer ahead of me. Once I reached the register with my TWO returning items, the cashier who may have been new took almost another 5 minutes trying to figure out how to do a proper return before asking for assistance. The manager on duty went through the steps of a return but only scanned one item. When it was time to return the second item the cashier still was very unsure on how to properly return an item . At no point did the cashier apologize or did he ask us to “bare with him.” I finally had to ask the manager to assist him once again bc he seemed uncomfortable asking for help. The proper customer service would’ve made my experience a lot better. Training is still needed within this location so that customers can receive great customer service across the board. There’s always room for improvement.
