This is the most horrible customer service ever! They expect a monthly payment from you for your health care but yet they make it impossible to make a payment!!! Who the hell has time to sit on hold or wait hours to make a payment if we have a JOB?!

I find the opposite to be true. So easy to pay, many options. In person, on line, mail or CVS takes payments as well.
