Unfortunately I’ve had to change my review. They used to be the best around. However the last couple times I’ve been so unhappy with the quality of work. My last set popped off after a couple days and he had nicked my skin many times with the filer my cuticles were bloody and raw. Today I went in for short coffin nails. The tips were crooked on most of them and I pointed it out shortly after applied. She said she’d fix them when filing. They were still crooked so she said they’d be fine after color was applied. I’m so upset, she was so rough on my nail beds they’re still sore hours later and they are nothing close to a coffin shape. They look like jellybeans on my fingers. My last pedicure was so rushed. When she used a scrub on my legs she had scrubbed the same spot the whole time so raw it left my legs looking like a rash in one spot. Very rough on my toes, filed my skin til it bled in some spots. Sad to say I’ll have to find somewhere else. They used to be such great quality but seems they rush people out.

This used to be my favorite place. All the great staff have since left. The owner treats his customers and staff poorly. Numerous times I have witnessed the owner hang up on customers and be very short tempered. He has also ran and screamed at man who was leaving, claiming he left no tip which ended up being the owners mistake. I feel bad for his wife who also works there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

The owner is extremely rude. I called today to get an appointment for a gel manicure. He said “now” meaning if I come now, he can take me. I said I couldn’t get there until a little later and he said no. I proceeded to ask what additional days/times were available and he hung up on me, told me call back another time. Click. I called back and said it was very rude of him to hang up on me when I was trying to figure out a day and time that was available. He told me to find somewhere else, he’s too busy to help. He hung up on me again. Ts used to be my favorite but his poor customer service skills have ruined the business. You go in and he stops every 5 seconds to answer the phone and the services are rushed. The owner will be the demise of this business.
