Why do they close so early?? Shouldn’t a place like this be open til midnight at least?

It's more of a family restaurant.

Maybe after doing there market research they decided to only remain open thru peak hours of service for diners of a steakhouse

Winter hours possibly. A lot of places close early for in winter.

The have a bar. But they arent a bar til midnight. You could go to applebee's but their food isn't as good.
