Extremely Unprofessional. Our “Salesman” didn’t feel the need to stay professional because we were not getting accessories and all sorts of add ons. So since he’s not making more commission he decided he was pretty much done being helpful. He slouched over the table transferring our data saying nothing more then “it’s going to be awhile”, and then proceeded to pull out a personal tablet in front of us and started to draw and color pictures on it… wasn’t aware Verizon was a part time art school… he didn’t say another word till the transfer was done, periodically checking it and going back to his drawings. Once complete he handed us our stuff and went back to his tablet! He couldn’t answer any questions about why the charges were a different price then 2 days ago but had no problem doing personal work in the middle of our transaction.
