I have eaten there several times and enjoyed it. The staff and service was very good. I found them to be knowledgeable and polite. The food met my expectations. But with most public restrooms needs to be attended to more than before opening and closing. Things like emptying trash so the over flow isn't on the floor. Checking stalls, toilet paper and soap. THE PLUS is that I needed food for a very small wedding, SARAH worked with me on making sure that I got exactly I needed. AWESOME. I would have given a 10 but the restrooms lost that point.

Good waitress. Very friendly. Good was less than expected. We all got expensive meals and drinks. Not cooked properly, and prepared cold. Not worth it in the end other than the waitress. Great customer service.

Wait staff were great, very attentive. Food, meh. Steak was not cooked to perfection, and everything but the steak was smothered in either sickly sweet or mouth puckering salty sauces. The place smelled of old grease, like their grease traps need a good cleaning. Also, way too loud. I had to yell to my table-mates to be heard. Bathroom was clean, tho garbage was overflowing. Do they clean the tables AND the seats between customers? Tables, yeah, but not thoroughly; seats, definitely not. It's a meat chain slow fast food place. Would I recommend it? No, I would recommend that you buy and support local businesses, not big chains. Needs to listen to customers more carefully vs giving them what you think they want. Also needs help in areas of cleanliness, ambiance, etc. Sorry, sticking with two stars.

Great Prime Rib on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly. Manager stopped by to check on us twice.
