Try faxing them your information and ask for a appointment to speak with someone face to face about your car .they may be willing to work with you
You don't. It took a lisensed dealer to purchase a car at Adessa. The dealer makes the "pick-up" arrangements.
Thanks guys for the info but my car is being stored there it was repossessed and i paid the balance due the credit company sent Adesa the ok to release my car ive called several times but never got a call back and its by appointment only but thanks anyway i guess my ? wasnt specific
If you are the dealer who bought the car and have the release they will give you the car if you have your auction access card
Need to go with your license and a DOT number. They will release obly to TRANSPORT
