Bought the Smart Soundbar 900 and sound drops with 4K movies. But the worst is Bose Customer Service. The attitude of the Customer Rep made Bose loosing a loyal customer. I regret not returning this product within 30 days. I have a SONOS Soundbar that works way better in the same TV . I ended selling this Bose product in eBay. I strongly believe Bose will be out of business.

this is the absolute horrendous dystopian customer service that movies (like The Third Letter and BLISS) parody. my unit broke. call customer service. argue with a child who barely speaks english in some crowded call center where everyone is shouting over each other. no action. no response. no remedy. repeat until you're blue in the face. my advice, just check online (mainly amazon) for the best rated audio products.

If I can type every single foul language on here, I would. I spent $4,000 on the f1 model 812 speakers. We sent it out to get service and got the products back with damaged front grilled. Not just one speaker but both. The speakers were only a year old. Not to happy at all.
