They have a lake... Large pond... And they don't let you walk you dog around it. But they do have a marked doggie trail
As Mary said the park is very pet friendly, but to clarify, there is no beach here. There are pet friendly beaches in the area but not all are.
Yes lots of dogs there! Walking path for dogs also.
