Outstanding RV Resort in every way. Once you stay here all other Resorts seem boring and not as nice. Check it out, you won't regret it!! It's May 2022 and we're here 1 last time! Still good, everyone still really helpful and the site is everything they say it is!! We'll enjoy this last trip in the RV to South Florida!! Long day, long drive!!

This place looks nice. We had a good spot. The staff was very nice. But it had a weird vibe to me. Felt like I should like it a lot but it just didn't click for me. Haven't been able to figure out why. People were distantly friendly when we waved while walking. Expensive place. The season was just closing as we were there. People were leaving for the summer but there were still a lot of folks there. Honestly may have to try it again sometime. But can't really think of anything bad about the place.

It's open all year (from our experience, it's very quiet during the fall)
You would have to check with the office. Some do have trailers on the lots.
They have a lake... Large pond... And they don't let you walk you dog around it. But they do have a marked doggie trail
No they do not, your not even allowed to cook with charcol.
Rick, the age, length, and the length of time you want to stay. The lots are owned by individuals but some are available to rent. Fantastic resort 👍
If you are referring to the map on the website, it is for each different site type....prime, luxury, etc
These lots are all privately owned. Winter month rentals are hard to come by. There is usually a waiting list for winter lot rentals. Most owners spend their winter on their lots.
Yes. Tiki bar and clubhouse restaurant. Usually closes after winter season march-April
I dont stay there, but from what I seen, you should give them a call. Most likely they are.
Need to call the office they schedule everything.
I suspect the average age is mid-sixties. But it's a fun group of people.
No. Each site has a sewer hookup

You need to go to their website and fill out the form for the months you want, the longer your stay the more likely of getting a site.
Very friendly and beautiful park.
You'll need to fill out a form online, and you can request when you want to be there and what type of site, but priority is given to those who stay longer.
Hi Tim and Lisa, we do have the 10 year rule, but you can send us a photo and if your rig looks good, it would be allowed. There are many older rvs, even past 1-2 years over 10 years, in the resort.
Call the office
No, but the beach tram bus is next door and is a cheap way to get there and back.
Yes, they do, but you have to call to make reservations.
No tent or travel trails. 5th Wheels or coaches. >=26ft and <10 years old.
You need to call their office directly and now for a reservation. This is the beginning of their busy season.
How much for the lots
