I have stayed in the building now for 4 seasons, I Stayed in unit 902 for two weeks during peak season. Reading one of the bad reviews recently really surprised me. 902 was easily the best unit I have stayed at, the unit was immaculately clean and fresh, and well fitted out. Complaints about the bed surprised me even more, the mattress is super comfortable and I weight 250lbs. The view form the 902 balcony was incredible and amazingly private, sat there for many hours, even in the rain, it was amazing. There was construction going on, that was a shame , speaking to the residents the construction was over 2 months late, not surprising, but a shame no the less. However, considering the condo disaster last year on the West coast Im pleased they are spending 1.5 million bucks on the building to refresh and make the building / balcony’s and railings safe, money well spent. Unit 902 will be our choice for the foreseeable future,, we have already booked 2023 and 2024. Keep up the good work.

Be careful who you book with. #902 was a mess. NO INTERNET for 6 days. NOT CLEAN. CONSTRUCTION DURING FEBRUARY. AND THEIR OWN RULES SAY NO CONSTRUCTION IN ON SEASON. King mattress on raw plywood. Dust from construction will mess up your car paint even if you park far away. Just spent $250.00 having my paint buffed out because of construction power washing building. Now the bridge will have a NEW bridge starting construction and DREDGING of the channel this fall. Good luck!

Good location. Beach lounge chairs are very old and worn. Tiki huts are free and a great break from the hot sun!
