Why do u need a fin number check.

It's a VIN inspection to make sure the car doesn't have any history on it, like maybe stolen, if the VIN is wrong to what the car actually is there's a problem and it will have to be corrected

I needed to get my car registration done but the title was supposed ti be here waiting for me. And every time i call its an infinite loop that diesnt help you and hangs up on you. So... Ill just drive all the way to Cranston.
