Went to the ER to get my left ankle looked. Sitting waiting there white guy and his wife walk in sat a waiting area after registering. Mind there is myself and 3 other patients to be seen. Not even 2 minutes sitting in waiting area they were giving special treatment. Mind otther people are waiting tghe lady was?sitting there for 2 minutes not showing any kind of pain. Joking around but the person at the desk just walked her in. I spoke to her about other people waiting ger response to me was "if you don't like it go somewhere else". Mind you 3 Hispanic people sitting there waiting but the white people had more privilege then us. The racism in Landmark has to stop

The people who attend the emergency window should be more friendly, sometimes one goes to the emergency room because we are really in a bad way, and meeting very unkind people is what is least desired, the doctors are excellent, without a doubt some, kind and they do their best to make you feel better they are always very smiling God bless you greatly for your great work in the hospital.

I went to this hospital in emergency room I had an awful eye herpes pain, and guess what , they just sent me home with a basic medication that I was taking and said that I have to go RI hospital emergency in an another day. Now my vision is not the same. I do not recommend this service for anyone they don’t even care!!!!!!!!

If you love your family, never send them here. They abused my elderly father. I'm reporting and filing grievances at hospital, Dept Public Health, his insurance and then I'm filing complaint with the RI medical board. He was given drugs that were never consented to and have caused very dangerous interactions. They need to be shut down permanently!!
