I showed up, no reservations required at hunter, the lodging area requires id, proof of vaccination, and also they want to to make a reservation because of their limited seating area, to be able to seat down and eat inside. They also have a food truck outside.
You need a vaccination card to go inside the lodge for any reason. The strange thing is you can still go in the store downstairs.
Proof of vaccination, and mask required these days. Stay safe.
You can go snowboard on trails but indoor cafeterias require a vaccination card and mask.
You will be good
The only thing that might hold you back are the conditions. Be prepared to show proof of vaccination if you choose to eat inside the base lodge or go to the bar.
