What were the environmental factors during the four years while under your care? How was he prior to the adoption? Have you tried counseling when you first saw signs of the child becoming problematic? I would think that all the agency could do is offer intervention I'm not sure if adopted children can be returned. You should call the adoptive agency immediately b4 the situation gets worse.
Why apdot a child if you know maybe in the future you can’t handle the child to give up so easily and to kick the child out ! Smh
