Does Hunter offer downhill mountain biking? If yes, would I get a discount on my pass if I'm a season pass holder for ski season? Or epic passholder?

I'm not sure about the biking downhill, but I just been to hunter mountain and it says that they will open the chair Lifts on July 2nd

I am unaware of downhill mountain biking but I was there a little over a week ago and all chairlifts were closed
