What age can kids make their own decisions for the visitation of the other parent?

At 12 years old

Around the time they already able to talk and you know how courts are they make no sense. They rather for kids to be older than what they are to know what they want. My kids are 6&7 they already know what they wanted since 4&5 yrs of age. But right now everything is going through virtual video call and or over the phone. Nobody can't go in person until further notice.
