Hi unfortunately me and my boyfriend had been in a car accident and we are being evicted soon.. is it possible both me and our son and him can go to this shelter? My son goes to child care in the lower east side would that matter as well?

Yes pf course all thress of u can go. Just bring all documents and let them know about your son's child care so that they can place you in a shelter near the child care your son attends to.
