My son has a life threatening food allergy and I need to bring his safe lunch with us to the show so he can eat while we are in the city. We the security at Radio City make me throw it out?

There is no outside good or drink allowed inside the building. Call the manager on duty to see if you can make arrangements.

I'd call or speak with security when you arrive. We had small snacks for my 2 year old and they didn't give us a hard time while checking bags.

You do go through security but if it's a life-threatening something they would probably let you I would call and find out before you go just to be on the safe side I know you're not supposed to bring any drinks or food in there

Personally their only searching for weapons. Bring the food in your coat pockets and if they ask if it's in your bag, state your child has an allergy. They should not make you throw it out. Most people brings small bags and backpacks which I know had stuff and it's not thorough like the airport. The show is like an hour maybe 1 h 20 mins.

Yes no outside food is allowed. Eat it before entering. Or see if u can bring a note from a dr. It might work.
