I tried to go into path with my partner and child with a letter stating my mom apt was being down sized and i could no longer be there. They denied me sending me back saying i could go on her lease but she doesn't want me on her lease what can i do?

Your dilemma seems very similar to what I experienced many years ago when i entered with my family for help. U need to have your mother write another letter stating that you cannot live with her becuz she no longer wants u in her home. Make it verifiable by getting it notarized also. U cannot go on her lease if she does not want u there. If they deny u again then I would take the letter to CFTH to speak with a crisis worker. I also concur with the sound advice of the last commenter. U know what they say "I can do bad all by myself."

Try going into Coalition For the Homeless. Advice- don't struggle with a partner who can't take care of you and your child. Best of luck.
