Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm. You have to make sure you have a scheduled appointment, otherwise, you will not be let in.
You do not necessarily have an appointment to get in, but you are recommended to be there to get on line at 8 or before, especially Monday and after holiday because it is usually busy. And also do keep in mind that Wednesday and Friday they only see 30 clients until 12pm, whatever comes first. And other days 50 clients will be taken. Hope it helps.

You have to be there by 730 am. They only take a certain amount of people a day. Monday through Friday. If you go any later, you won't be one of the first called. I think it's 25 per day.
Monday early in the am sometimes they close at 12 in the afternoon
