On rare occasions they have spaces on the list after 9. You can call and see. But much, much better to be there by 8. Once you are on the mailing address, you don't have to come at 8, yea!
You actually have to be there weekdays by 8am & having to sign up your name on the list with the security guard in the lobby on a first come first serve basis because only 50 people will be seen each day. You get there by 9am, you can forget about being attended to & seen since at 9am - the 50 people on the list will go up & the rest will be sent home. As for mailing address, you may use their address to receive mail for official purposes & having an active case with a case manager.
Be there by 9am Monday-Friday. You will sit with a case worker; from there you will be able to voice your concerns. Good luck.
